These Terms and Conditions govern the services provided by MI Glasgow Limited (“we,” “our,” “us”), registered at 272 Bath Street, Glasgow, Lanarkshire G2 4JR, operating as an Electric Meter Operative (EMO).

2. Definitions

• “Services” refers to EMO services provided by us
• “Customer” refers to any person or organisation purchasing our services
• “Site” refers to the location where services are to be performed
• “Installation” refers to any meter work carried out by our operatives
• “Agreement” refers to the contract between us and the customer

3. Services

3.1 EMO Services

We provide:

• Electricity meter installations
• Meter maintenance
• Emergency meter repairs
• Technical consultations
• Safety inspections

4. Booking and Appointments

4.1 All bookings are subject to:

• Site survey approval
• Access arrangements
• Resource availability
• Weather conditions
• Safety requirements

4.2 Cancellation Policy:

• 48 hours notice required for cancellation
• Cancellation fees may apply
• Emergency cancellations assessed individually
